Introduction to Hiros
Hiros helps you engage top candidates for your open roles at scale. At the centre of the platform is Rose — an AI agent that sources real candidates, reaches out on your behalf, and manages conversations right up until a candidate is ready to speak to your team.
You tell Rose who you're looking for. She finds them, engages them, and fills your pipeline with warm, interested candidates — without you needing to lift a finger.
Create an Account
Go to clients.gethiros.com and click Sign up. Fill in your first name, last name, email address, and optionally your phone number. Agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then click Continue. Already have an account? Click Sign in instead.
Verify Your Email
After submitting your details, you'll receive a 6-digit verification code at your email address. Enter it on the next screen to confirm your account. You may also be asked to verify your phone number if you provided one.
Connect Your Calendar
Rose books intro calls directly into your calendar, so connecting it is an essential step. Select the calendar platform your company uses:
Google Calendar — Rose will book intro calls directly into your Google Calendar.
Outlook Calendar — Rose will schedule meetings and send invites through Outlook.
Zoom — Rose will create Zoom meeting links and attach them to your bookings.
Click Connect next to your chosen platform and follow the authorisation prompts. Once connected successfully, click Continue. You can connect or update your calendar integrations at any time from the Integrations page.
Set Up Your Knowledge Base
After connecting your calendar, you'll be prompted to set up your organisation's Knowledge Base. This is the information Rose uses to understand your company — she references it in every search and outreach campaign. Fill in your company name, website, industry, headcount, headquarters, and stage (Pre-seed, Seed, Series A, etc.). You can update this information at any time under Settings → Knowledge Base.
