Rather than returning a flat list of results, Rose organises her findings into Candidate Packages — curated groups of candidates, each with a descriptive label, so you can quickly understand who she's found and why.

Once you've selected candidates and launched a sequence, Rose takes over the conversation entirely. She sends a personalised, multi-touch email campaign on your behalf and responds to candidate replies — fielding questions, collecting availability, and notifying you when someone is ready to be booked.

Depending on your preferred level of control, you can choose how Rose handles replies:

• Rose replies automatically — end-to-end handling; Rose escalates only the tricky conversations.

• Rose drafts, you approve — Rose drafts every reply, but it goes out only after you approve it.

• You reply yourself — Rose stays quiet; you manage the conversation manually.

2. Review and select candidates — browse Rose's candidate packages or your filter results, and select who to engage.

3. Set up a sequence — add job details and customise the outreach emails Rose will send.

4. Launch — Rose reaches out to candidates and manages the conversation from there.

5. Book interviews — when a candidate is interested, you'll be notified to book an intro call.
