Click Integrations in the left sidebar (the puzzle piece icon). The page shows all connected and available integrations — currently 57 available across four categories.

• Google Calendar — Rose books intro calls directly into your Google Calendar.

• Outlook Calendar — Rose schedules meetings and sends invites via Outlook.

• Zoom — Rose creates Zoom meeting links and attaches them to bookings.

To connect, click Connect next to the relevant integration and follow the authorisation steps; Google Calendar will show Disconnect once connected. At least one calendar integration is required for Rose to book interviews on your behalf.

Slack — Rose will notify you in Slack when new candidates are ready for review.

Hiros integrates with 57+ ATS platforms, including Ashby, BambooHR, Breezy HR, Bullhorn, Clockwork, Comeet, Cornerstone TalentLink, Crelate, Dayforce, d.Vinci, Easycruit, EngageATS, and many more. To connect your ATS, find it in the Applicant Tracking section of the Integrations page, ensure you have an ATS plan that includes API access, then click Connect and follow the instructions in the pop-up. Once connected, you can push candidates to your ATS directly from within a sequence (via the ATS Integration tab) or from a candidate's conversation panel. Make sure you select the correct ATS account for your organisation — especially in team environments where colleagues may have their own ATS logins.
