Launch outreach fast

Sequences are how Rose reaches out to your selected candidates. Each sequence is tied to a specific role and contains all the outreach emails, job details, and pipeline tracking for that hire.

Sequences Page

Click Sequences in the left sidebar to see all your sequences. The overview shows Active (sequences currently in progress), Reply Rate (percentage of contacted candidates who have replied across all sequences), and Interviews Booked (total interviews booked). Each row shows the sequence name, creator, location, reply count, interview count, and current status.

Creating a New Sequence

Click + New Sequence in the top right. You'll be guided through three steps:

  • Step 1 — The Position: enter the Campaign Title (internal only — not shared with candidates), Job Title, Company Name, and a description of the role and company.

  • Step 2 — Work Arrangement: select the employment type (full-time, part-time, contract), work policy (remote, hybrid, on-site), and location.

  • Step 3 — Role Details: add compensation details, key responsibilities, and what you're looking for in a candidate. You can also upload a job description to auto-populate these fields.

The more detail you provide, the better Rose's outreach emails will be. Candidates Rose engages may not be actively job hunting — a compelling, specific description of the opportunity is what converts them.

Sequence Statuses

  • Draft — created but not yet launched. You can still edit all details.

  • In Progress — the sequence is live. Candidates are receiving emails.

  • Completed — all candidates have received all emails in the sequence. Rose will still notify you if a completed-sequence candidate replies.

Cancelling a sequence does not restore used candidate or email credits, depending on your plan.

Add Candidates to a Sequence

You can add candidates to a sequence at any point — before or after creating it. From the Rose AI search or Manual Filters results, select candidates and choose which sequence to add them to.

Managing a Sequence

From within a sequence, you can access five tabs:

  • Pipeline — a full list of all candidates in the sequence, showing their current role, stage (Replied, Interested, Not interested, etc.), and last activity timestamp.

  • Interviews booked — all interviews scheduled with candidates from this sequence.

  • Outreach — the three-email sequence Rose will send (or has sent). You can view and edit the email copy here before launching.

  • Job Details — the role information you entered during setup, plus the Reply Automation setting.

  • ATS Integration — push candidates directly to your connected ATS from within the sequence.

Outreach Emails

Rose generates a personalised three-touch email sequence based on your job details:

  • Email 1 — Initial Outreach — introduces Rose, explains why she's reaching out, and pitches the opportunity.

  • Email 2 — Follow-up — a shorter follow-up sent a few days later.

  • Email 3 — Final Follow-up — a final, brief touchpoint.

Emails are sent over 6–7 days, excluding Sundays. Tokens like {{firstName}} are automatically personalised per candidate by Rose. The opening and closing sections of each email are managed by Rose and are not editable, as they are optimised for deliverability; the main body of each email can be edited to reflect your preferences. When editing, avoid hype language ('revolutionary', 'game-changing', 'once-in-a-lifetime') and urgency or pressure tactics ('last chance', 'urgent response needed') — these patterns reduce email deliverability and candidate response rates.

Reply Automation

Found in the Job Details tab of each sequence, Reply Automation controls how Rose handles candidate replies:

  • Rose replies automatically — Rose manages the full conversation end-to-end, escalating only genuinely complex situations to you.

  • Rose drafts, you approve — Rose drafts every reply, but nothing is sent until you approve it in the Inbox.

  • You reply yourself — Rose stays silent; you take over all replies manually.

You can change this setting at any time, even after a sequence has launched.

Sequence Analytics

Track performance across your pipeline — from first contact to interview booked. Every sequence has a live analytics bar at the top of its detail page, showing a full funnel breakdown:

  • Sourced — total candidates added to the sequence.

  • Email Found — candidates for whom a valid email address was found.

  • Replied — candidates who replied to any email in the sequence.

  • Interested — candidates who expressed positive interest.

  • Ready to Book — candidates who have confirmed availability for a call.

  • Interviews Booked — confirmed intro calls.

  • Not Interested — candidates who declined.

  • Rejected — candidates removed from the sequence.

Use the Not Interested responses as market intelligence — they often reveal useful signals about how the market perceives the role, the compensation, or the company. The Sequences overview page also shows aggregate stats across all your sequences: total active sequences, overall reply rate, and total interviews booked.
