Overview

The Inbox is where you manage all candidate conversations. Rose handles most replies automatically — what lands here is only what needs your attention. Click the Inbox icon (speech bubble) in the left sidebar to open the Conversations view. The Inbox has three panels: a left sidebar to filter by inbox type (Needs you / All) and by individual sequence, a middle panel listing conversations with candidate name, sequence, message preview, and a 'Rose handled' tag where applicable, and a right panel showing the full conversation thread for the selected candidate.

Needs You vs. All

Needs you shows only conversations that require your input — for example, a candidate reply Rose has drafted a response to but is waiting for your approval, or an unusual query Rose has escalated. If you're on 'Rose replies automatically' mode, this section will often be empty. All shows every conversation across all sequences, including those Rose has already handled. As the interface puts it, Rose surfaces what needs you on the left, and anything she can handle herself never makes it here.

Filtering by Sequence

In the left sidebar, your active sequences are listed with colour-coded dots and reply counts. Click any sequence to filter the conversation list to candidates from that sequence only.

Replying to Candidates

Select a conversation and type your reply in the text box at the bottom of the right panel. Click Send to send it immediately. If you're on 'Rose drafts, you approve' mode, Rose's drafted reply will appear pre-filled in the text box — you can edit it or send it as-is.

Viewing Candidate Profiles

Each conversation panel shows the candidate's full profile on the left: photo, current role, location, contact email, professional summary, and work history. Use this to assess their suitability before booking a call or replying.
